How do I book it?

Booking breathe is easy. Simply fill in the booking form to make your initial enquiry and we’ll be in touch to sort out the rest.

To use breathe you will need a room big enough to accommodate a 10m circular mat, with at least 3 power points. Once breathe is set up, this room will be unavailable for other activities for the duration of your booking, including any evening activities which might normally use the space outside of timetabled hours. We also ask that you provide a projector and screen for use during the booking, and that a member of staff from your institution be present for each session that the students will be using breathe.

Hiring breathe costs £450 for the first day, and £250 for each additional consecutive day. We are currently offering a discounted rate for Further Education institutions of £250 for the first day, and £150 for each following day.

Please note that travel will be charged for bookings in excess of a 200 mile round trip and that for bookings of 2 days or more, you might be asked to provide accommodation for the facilitator.
There will be a 50% charge for all bookings cancelled within 28 days of the booking.
